This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS game Cubo — 3D Block Puzzle("Cubo", "the app", "we") handles your information. We built Cubo to be a simple puzzle game, and we keep data collection to the minimum. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Cubo does not require you to create an account, sign in, or give us your name, email address, or any other personal contact details. You can play the entire game without ever identifying yourself to us.
All of your game data — solved puzzles, your current progress, scores, and settings — is stored locally on your device only. We do not upload it to any server and we cannot see it. If you delete the app, this data is removed with it.
Cubo shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect and process certain information, including device identifiers (such as an advertising ID), approximate location derived from your IP address, and basic device and usage data. This data is used by Google to deliver and measure ads. You can review Google's practices in the Google Privacy & Terms documentation.
On iOS, Cubo presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. This lets you choose whether the app and its ad partners may use your device's advertising identifier to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less personalized.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Cubo uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show a consent message before personalized ads are served. Your choices there control how your data may be used for advertising, in line with GDPR and related laws. You can change your consent at any time from within the app.
Cubo offers a one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit and the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see or store your payment card details. Apple confirms the purchase to the app so that ads can be disabled on your device.
We do not use any separate analytics or tracking services beyond what Google AdMob requires to deliver ads. We do not build profiles about you for our own purposes.
Cubo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected here.
